The BAPE Play figures were released in 1998 and 2000 by Medicom and came in several varieties. It is unclear when exactly they were released, some sources say 2000 (such as the Mo'Wax 21 book) while others say 1998[1]. It's possible some were released in 1998 and others in 2000.
