Swifty 2022 Archive Sale
In January 2022 Ian "Swifty" Swift placed several items on sale from his archive, including several items from Mo' Wax in the 90s.
These included flyers for Club Kudo, Flip And Trip, Headz Tour 1994, an advertisement from Straight No Chaser, and a print from 2015's Build & Destroy Exhibition.
Later, in September he added further Mo' Wax items including T-shirt tags, a record bag, and t-shirts.[1]

THE TIME HAS COME 12" WHITE LABEL
Given to me by James Lavelle way back in the early 90's. Enough said - probably only a fandfullof these around. Hand written title by James in my studio at Coronet St, Loxton !
MAJOR FORCE WEST / MO WAX LOVE T.K.O - PRINTED SHEET
Only 4 available ! Full colour (CMYK) offset litho printed sheet. Grabbed off the press and cropped to size but not creased and folded. Very unusual and of course rare !

Ps does have some marks to the edges and one crease bottom middle

Only 2 available ! Full colour (CMYK) offset litho CD printers proof. Full artwork for the Cd release including booklet and inlay cards, with crop marks. Booklet is arranged as 'Printers pairs' which was then folded and trimmed. Very unusual and of course rare !

CLUB KUDU - PRINTERS PROOF
Only 1 available ! Two colour offset litho flyer design for James Lavelle's and Patrick Forge's gig in Caovent Garden, London Town mid 90's. Printed by 'Kevin the Printer' the infamous flyer printer on Brick Lane in the early to mid 90's. He printed all my flyers from Flat mechanical artworks (God I wish I'd kept those!)

Only 5 available ! Two colour offset litho flyer design for James Lavelle's and Geoff Wilkinson's (US3) gig in Camden, London Town mid 90's. Printed by 'Kevin the Printer' the infamous flyer printer on Brick Lane in the early to mid 90's. He printed all my flyers from Flat mechanical artworks (God I wish I'd kept those!)

Very rare indeed ! Two colour offset litho mini poster print for the Headz gig at the Zap in Brighton, mid 90's. I only have one of these and in theory I'm silly to let it go - but would rather a Mo Wax collector have it and cherish it !

MO WAX HEADZ THE JAM WITH ABSTRACT ORIGINALS - MINI POSTER
Very rare indeed ! Two colour offset litho mini poster print for the Headz gigs. This was a generic design on a budget - hence the panel at the bottom where the venue would insert their details. I only have one of these and in theory I'm silly to let it go - but would rather a Mo Wax collector have it and cherish it ! Own a piece of history.

MO WAX JAZZ HIP JAP TEAR SHEET
Single colour offset litho tear sheet from Straight No Chaser Magazine. The issue this came from is pretty hard to come by. And of course you don't want to tear it from your mag if you have one! so heres a chance to frame one for the wall. KICKS MORE FUNK THAN A SHAOLIN MONK!

MO WAX VINYL ETCHING
Very rare indeed! This is the last one I have. I produced these circular prints for the 21st Year Anniversary of Mo Wax. The edition looked quite different to these artists proofs. The process was very complex first I had a Bakelite 12" disc routed with the Mo Wax logo. The record was then inked and put through an etching press. The final edition was produced rolling the ink onto the disc. However I produced a dozen or so firstly pushing ink into the grooves and then wiping and cleaning similar to an etching or Aquatint. As a result each print was totally unique and as tie went on the Bakerlite began to crack at the edges. This print is a true original.
