MoWax Promo Photos

Photographs were often sent out to accompany articles written about Mo' Wax and their artists or for other promotional purposes. This why different magazines will often publish the exact same photographs. The photographs were always black and white, and sometimes accompanied a press release. You will often find them for sale on photography websites like IMS Vintage Photos or auction websites like eBay. It is rare to find a promo photo with a press release, but occasionally this does occur.

Because of the range of photos, this page has been separated into subjects, rather than by each individual photo.

Dated 1998, image showing Money Mark holding remote control. Photo features Mo' Wax and FFRR logos. Photo dimensions 8x10”. Listed by kravcorp on eBay for US $32.99, later $21.44 in 2021. Listing included a two page press release as part of press kit.^[7] The photo minus press kit has also been listed for US $21.87,^[8] and US $7.69.^[9]

Note: The Keyboard Repair album was released by Mo' Wax in 1995. The vinyl was handled by Grand Royal and released in 1996. This press kit probably is from 1996, but it is unclear.
