In June 2020 UNKLE began teasing a project supporting the British NHS Charity, with t-shirts later made available in the first week of July. These were sold through the UNKLE web-store, with the t-shirts featuring the pointman logo on the front and an NHS logo on the back. The t-shirts were available in five seperate colours, from a light blue print to a dark blue print. Each t-shirt was priced at £45.00 and was shipped with foil stickers, also featuring the UNKLE and NHS logos.

The web-store described the t-shirts as follows:

"Hand screenprinted limited edition heavyweight cotton t-shirt, featuring the classic UNKLE pointman logo by Futura on the front.

Limited edition of 100 (split over five colourways). Each tee features a signed and numbered tag and a pack of two foil stickers.

All profits donated to NHS Charities Together.

N.B. Due to the bespoke nature of the printing process, each t-shirt is unique and features different marks and colourings.

100% Cotton - Machine wash inside out at 30 - Wash separately first time - Do not tumble dry."

"This week marks the 72nd birthday of our incredible NHS. To celebrate all those who continue to work tirelessly in these unique and challenging times, we’ll be releasing 100 hand screen-printed t-shirts this Wednesday, with all profits donated to NHS Charities Together. We’ve worked with acclaimed artist and independent printmaker @aida_wilde to produce these t-shirts in her home studio during lockdown, featuring the classic pointman logo by Futura in 5 different shades of (NHS) Blue. In total 100 t-shirts have been printed (20 in each shade), with each t shirt containing a hand signed and numbered tag, and a pair of mirrored UNKLE NHS stickers. Due to the ongoing situation, it’s taken us a while to get these ready so we are really pleased to finally have them available on this important week for our amazing NHS. They will go on sale at the UNKLE store on Wednesday at 5pm BST.
