London Records has just inked a U.S. licensing agreement with the fab U.K. underground in-die Mo' Wax Records. Rightly acclaimed for being on the forefront of the underground acid-jazz scene, Mo' Wax will be setting up a stateside office in the coming months. Among the first acts on the agenda are Money Mark and San Francisco's DJ Shadow. Mo' Wax will continue to be distributed throughout the rest of the world by A&M.
