The style of the design, with its large black and white print is similar to other created by Bape in 2000.[2]
The Mo' Wax 21 book refers to the T-shirt as "JL", and notes it is a "Limited-edition hand-screened T-shirt by A Bathing Ape" designed by Nigo, and released in 2002.
